Ian Brett, REALTOR®

In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, Ian is also a certified Project Management Professional(PMP) with a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Math, plus an additional 3 years University training in Accounting. He has trained at the prestigious Queens University Executive Training program in negotiation and consensus building and he has held over 12 IT related industry certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Certified Novell Engioneer (CNE).

Ian has always been on the cutting edge of technology starting with real estate back in 1986 when he created the very first interactive Real Estate TV channel in North America for Shaw and Rogers called the "Home Show" aka "The Real Estate Channel".

Ian has owned two successful retail computer stores, one in Richmond Center Mall and the other in Langley. Ian was the founder of one of the first Vancouver based ISP's called Vancouver Internet Inc., which was affiliated with the largest independent ISP in BC.

Ian has consulted as a project manager for many municipalities including Surrey and District of West Vancouver as well as multi-national financial organizations and constructions companies who continue to consult with him on the management of their million dollar IT projects.
